1. Shipping Locations

We currently deliver to addresses within Australia only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or international locations at this time.

2. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days. Cost: AUD $9.95.
• Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days. Cost: AUD $14.95.

Free Standard Shipping is available for orders over AUD $150.

4. Delivery Timeframes

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or remote delivery locations.
• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

5. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect or incomplete address information, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees for redelivery.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. However, we will assist in filing claims with the carrier. Please contact us at sales@blessingmm.com with your order number and tracking details.

7. Order Modifications and Cancellations

• You may request modifications or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order by contacting us at sales@blessingmm.com.
• Once the order has been shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
