1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and seals intact.
  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
  • The return request must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Certain items are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Opened or used skincare, cosmetics, and personal care products.
  • Earrings or other pierced jewelry.

2. Return Process

  2. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

  3. Ship the item back to the following address:

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will cover the cost of return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, please contact us at sales@blessingmm.com.

6. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny returns if the item does not meet our return policy conditions or shows signs of use.
